Pre-Order FAQ
What does “pre-order” mean?
A pre-order item is not currently in stock. The item will be ordered or produced after your payment is received.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Each pre-order product page includes an estimated dispatch timeframe. These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays outside our control.
Do I have to pay upfront for pre-orders?
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-order items are ordered or made especially for you and cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once placed.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update. We always aim to keep you informed throughout the process.
What if my pre-order cannot be fulfilled?
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be offered a refund or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Are pre-order items eligible for returns?
Once delivered, pre-order items are subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. We offer exchanges or store credit for sizing issues, and remedies for faulty items as required by law.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. All dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Can I order in-stock items with pre-order items?
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
